Quality & Trust
Our Badges
Greeham uses two quality badges to help buyers identify trustworthy, complete listings. Here is exactly what each badge means — and what it does not mean.
What it means
This listing meets Greeham's quality standard — complete details, genuine photos, and full information. The badge is awarded automatically when a listing scores 75 or above on our listing quality score and the seller holds a paid Greeham membership.
How it's earned
- ✓ Seller holds a paid Greeham plan
- ✓ Listing quality score of 75+ (photos, description, amenities, documents, area details)
- ✓ Awarded automatically — no application needed
What it means
A Greeham team member has reviewed this listing and confirmed that the information presented is consistent, the photos appear genuine, and the details match what's described. Verified implies Assured.
How it's earned
- ✓ Listing already holds Greeham Assured status
- ✓ Seller requests verification from their dashboard
- ✓ Greeham reviews the listing and approves manually
Frequently asked questions
Can a listing show both badges?
No. If a listing is Verified, only the Verified badge shows — it implies Assured. You will never see both badges on the same listing.
What if my listing loses Assured status?
If a seller downgrades to a free plan or the listing score drops below 75, the Assured badge is removed automatically. Verified status is unaffected.
Can a rejected listing re-apply?
Yes. After improving the listing, the seller can request verification again from their dashboard.
Does Verified mean the property title is clear?
No. Greeham does not verify legal title, ownership history, encumbrances, or registered deeds. Buyers must independently verify all legal aspects with a qualified lawyer.
